Commercial #3 Radio Shack Mania
a) This commercial appeals to everyone in the family from the parents remembering everyone and everything that shows up in here to the kids in the family who are all gadget based.
b) They use emotion by bring older audiences back to the good old days, comedy with the ghosts, hulk Radiohogan and even a little scary parts with jason and chucky (cover your little kids eyes).
c)"It's Time For A New Radio shack" stands out to people by saying, hey we just upgraded and rolling with modern times. We are up to date, cool and ready for tomorrow!
d) I feel it being beneficial because it allows a new place for people to go for their modern day needs in technology. i mean that's what drives us everyday right?
e)I find it not to be as manipulative but i would have to go with a 7. Maybe if they showed bigger stores such as Best Buy then more people will go there more, but may i say seeing all those 80's icons did boost them waaayyy more.
f)This commercial reveals that as a society we forgot about the past toys and we want what's new and fresh. We need to be glued in front of screens to live on!
Commercial #2 Oikos Greek Yogurt Full House
a) I feel this commercial appeals to many such as old Full House goers, people who found John Stamos attractive, and people who are trying to eat right that tastes good. All in all, it goes to an older audience.
b) They use ethos by having a Full House "Reunion", a HUGE sex appeal technique that was pretty funny and humor to top things off
c) "Feel Your Pleasure" is used as a sex approach as being with an attractive women gives John pleasure and anyone else. What that are saying that you will enjoy their nonfat yogurt.
d) This commercial could be harmful for families because the sex appeal reference is not right for young audiences to watch.
e) i would give this commercial a 7 on manipulative. Who doesn't want that to happen to them, in all seriousness, with such humor, ethos and ___, who wouldn't want to go buy this product.
f) As a society we like anything that can "pleasure" us. Sex is what is often portrayed in commercials now a days so why not reference it up the wazoo.

"No Mas Pantalones" Week 1 Commercial
1) This commercial is mean't to appeal to licensed drivers that are in need of car insurance and for customers of former companies that have wronged them.
2) Dishonesty and Manipulation of the other insurance companies showed how Progressive is there to help people. Also, their services of helping you find a great deal even if it isn't with them wins people over (generosity).
3) "No Mas Pantalones" was said by an insurance representatives when he lied to a potential customer and his pants caught on fire. This shows their dishonesty ways of winning you over. Just like the old saying, "Liar, Liar Pants on Fire."
4) This commercial is beneficial to society since it guides you to be safe on the rode and from potential bad deals.
5)This commercial i have to give a 9 on how manipulative they are. Their use of "honesty" and helpfulness is a steal for anyone who needs insurance.
6)This commercial reveals how today's society gets cheated out to the point it get's in the way of "being protected on the road."
